Walked here to a reserved room. The main dish was chicken nabe said to be their specialty. We were first offered drinks beer sake or cola,etc. they then heated the chicken broth in the center of table, served us soup. They then had cook putting in chicken, then there was chicken balls, noddle, veget...able. These were serve with ponsu sauce. Of course there was rice. All in all a very good experience. These restaurant has branches in many areas.

This restaurant has a number of outlets but if you are able, I strongly recommend you book the main shop here. They have a whole building of five floors and offering a number of private rooms for family to big groups. We ordered the signature 'Kam Wah' set, and starting with two small bowls, then ...five appetizers served nicely in a box of small plates. Next is the marinated chicken shreds with raw chicken sashimi, and then the braised chicken with radish. It was then followed by the grilled fish before the famous chicken pot is served. The soup is simply amazing, and the chicken is so tender, juicy and full of flavors. The staff then helped us to prepare the minced chicken into balls and adding the chicken thigh, liver and heart. Everything is so good and honestly I would like to have more even though I was so full after eating the accompanying vegetables... Using the soup the staff then prepared a porridge which has absorbed all the flavors, and the addition of the eggs made it even more spectacular. Wrapping up with the seasonal fruit it was a great meal, and also very reasonably priced at 5,350 yen each. Definitely one of the restaurants I would visit again whenever I am in Fukuoka...
