“Horse meat Special!”

My business partner from Tokyo asked me if I want to try the special horse meat in Kumamoto. Yes, Sure! We chose the sashimi and shabu-shabu (yes, raw horse meat sashimi, from different parts of the horse), and they were super. The sashimi tasted as tender and sweet as Tuna (i know it sounds crazy),... and the dipping source for horse meat shabu-shabu was very special (never encountered that before). Of course, beer and high-ball were good company with the meat. A must try in Kumamot if you dare
