“Dinner with family”
We were staying at the ANA Manza Intercon, searched around and found this restaurant! We tried quite alot of dishes for 2 persons! 1. Pickled Seaweed (good) 2. Tofu Salad (good) 3. Moon Conch Sashimi and Butter Grilled (very good) 4. Japanese Prawns Sashimi (good) 5. Agu Pork Shabu Shabu (excellen...t) 6. Ishigaki Beef steak (average and overpriced really) 7. 2 cocktails 8. Turtle Soup (average and not recommend) 9. Butter Fried Local Fish Bill ended up at 17755 Yen. Overall, an enjoyable experience. Btw, parking is not so easy, but do ask the shop keeper for guidance on where to park.

“Nice seafood restaurant with sea view in Onna village”
Wide range of okinawan food, very good sea view, friendly staff, price setting is a bit high but still recommend.

“A choice for dinner at Onna area”
I have a stay at the ANA Intercontinental and thought it is at walking distance to this restaurant, which is not if you have a children with you. The restaurant serves tradition Okinawa food. Both lobster and fish sashimi are good but not very impressive, provided the price is a bit high (portion... is small). The chef is good to keep the lobster alive even when the dish has been served on the table for 20mins (but that's a bit cruel for me to eat the meat while the antenna is still moving). Other dishes come in a relatively small portion as well, but are generally delicious. My pick of the night is tofu salad, tofu very smooth in texture and rich soy taste. Have tried a few restaurants in Onna area. Price of Umino is not high compare to other. Still a good choice if you really have to dine in Onna area.

“Good food, but understaffed”
The food there was quite interesting. The pork was particularly nice and the sashimi was as fresh as it gets. Good selection of food and beverages. The problem was there was only two staffs serving the entire restaurant. They were working very hard but clearly understaffed. It's a good idea to ask... them for their recommendations. All the dishes their suggested hit the spot.

“Random pick. Unexpectedly great food”
It was a random pick restaurant after visiting Okinawa Churaumi Aquarium but we found that they served great food. We did not make appointment so we had to wait ~15mins. No air-conditioning as they located by the sea. The tables were a bit small but the waiters were welcoming. We ordered sashimi, g...rilled fish, Agu pork and Ishigaki beef and some other fried udon and rice. The sashimi was great and fresh. Unexpectedly, their grilled agu pork was also very genius and we reordered again. The environment was not that cozy as we had seven ppl at 1 table, however, the atmosphere was good, and the food was great and it was another nice experience to eat in a traditional japanese restaurant.
