“Online Reservation Not Reliable”

Reserved a table for two for dinner 3 days in advance. Staff did not seem to care if you had a reservation, and did not care to take our order for the first 10 minutes. Not even for a drink. So we decided to walk out. At least two other groups that night did not like the situation and did the same w...ith us (walk out before dinner starts). Although the reviews are good and photos look nice, you probably need some patience in dealing with this restaurant. There are a lot of other nice ones out there.
