“Disappointed”
So disappointed in this particular location in Naha. Husband made an online reservation for our going-a-way dinner for 30+ patrons. Upon arrival, we were told not only did they NOT allow online reservations but they were fully booked! As you can imagine, 30+ individuals waiting to be seated to only ...be told that we had to go somewhere else to eat so late into the evening! A little recommendation for this location, perhaps you could update your restaurant website to reflect this policy, or maybe do away with the online reservation altogether! Truly disappointing!
