“Dinner”
The breakfast and lounge area of Hilton. We had a private dinner event and booked the whole place. Ok food, standout was the ramen. Service ok, many dishes weren’t cleared on time

“Poor food”
Disappointed with the range and quality of food. Esp for Hilton. Food was also cold which made it even less enjoyable. I would not recommend going there for their dinner buffet. We were hoping we would be having a nice New Years dinner but got cold meat and average tasting food instead.

“Excellent breakfast buffet ”
Visited Seala restaurant at Hilton Fukuoka on the 4th floor for breakfast. The buffet seemed to be catering towards Japanese, Chinese, and Korean customers with their dishes. Westerners can enjoy good selections also. Good food, good service, and good atmosphere. Highly recommended.

“High quality breakfast and lunch buffets at Seala Brasserie in the only 4+ star hotel around Momochihama and Jigyohama”
Since 2010, when I first visited Hilton Seahawk in Fukuoka, everything improved constantly, especially “crowd control”. The hotel is at full capacity many times and Seala Brasserie is overcrowded especially for breakfast between 7:30 to 9 a.m. At lunch time, it also receives visitors from outside th...e hotel for buffet mainly (there are often themed buffets), therefore may be crowded at noon even if the hotel itself is not fully booked. Hilton Seahawk is right near Fukuoka Dome, close to all major events and is the only 4 star hotel in the area. With no competition at its level, demand is high and makes it almost impossible to book a room or find a table during important events or holidays. The great number of clients are managed much better now than in the past, as I mentioned before, but in the same time the quality and diversity of food rose considerably. The staff is polite, even above average Japanese standards, which are high compared to any other country. Regarding themed buffets this month in Seala Brasserie, I already enjoyed a very good Taiwanese lunch-buffet and this week I’m looking forward for an Arabian themed buffet. I highly recommend Seala Brasserie but if you want something really special, check the Teppaniaky at 35th floor.
