“Decent option to sample some local food”
We arrived in Kagoshima late and chose this place to get some late night local food. Service was good and helpful, food was nothing too special, and the environment was fine. A safe option, but better choices likely exist

“Big deception”
We went there because it appears as top choice in lonely planet.We asked for the specialties of the restaurant: satsuma chicken and also more grilled meat, pork.The portions were small, expensive and of regular quality. Staff wasn't particularly friendly. There are much better places to have dinner....

“Very good restaurant”
Incredible restaurant for a foreigner. Drinks, meats, and deserts are all excellent and very tasty. The pudding was really great ! The staff is very friendly, and they offer a small box of their amazing gravy when you leave. A very good place in Kagoshima.
