I'm giving this 4 stars because it's a real authentic place. I would not recommend it if you don't have someone in your group who speaks/reads Japanese well, though (especially if like me, you are allergic to some types of seafood!). It's such a typical kind of Japanese place, where you go in and or...der various small items (as opposed to ordering a full meal all at once) and just keep ordering until you are full. LOTS of fresh seafood (and you could just point at tanks to the fish/food you want, if you don't have Japanese), and lot of other types of items too. Great cha-wan mushi, I thought. I will say we were kind of bummed to see the chef making what looked like great sashimi and sushi dishes, but when we asked for them he said they were only for groups that pre-ordered, not available for 'drop-ins' like we were. Stll- this is NOT a tourist place. No English menus sometimes is a GOOD sign!!!
