“Wonderful!”
This restaurant deserves its Michelin Star! The chef speaks fluent English and my husband and I made a reservation for our 6 year anniversary. We ordered the omakase set and each dish was meticulous and delicious. It was timed in a way that made you really savor each bite. It’s a similar pace to whi...ch you would serve sashimi/sushi piece by piece. The ox tail was incredible, but our favorite was the saga beef. So perfect! They cook it for you on the personal grill in front of you and explain how to eat it. We were very impressed with the traditional white kimchi and the history behind it that the Chef shared with us. The “rice champagne” was amazing—I had three glasses. My husband enjoyed the recommended sake pairing. You finish the meal with a noodle soup (traditional Korean New Years broth and local ramen noodles). I was craving it today! It was so good. The dessert was a radish sherbet that is good for your health after such a meal. Very cool! Thank you for a memorable experience and we hope to be back!
