Every morning we purchase fresh fish directly from the market and serve luxurious sashimi and fish dishes using them.
We also serve Kagoshima and Amami local dishes such as shabushabu and Keihan (rice with chicken soup stock).
Course meals are kaiseki style; served to each person. Each person has its own hot pot.
Please relax on sunken-floor seats.
