[Noodles] Rasomen's noodles (somen with Chinese noodles) are the traditional ultra-fine noodles that have been passed down for over 60 years!
We use "Ra-Mugi" (wheat) from Fukuoka used only for ramen!
[Mentaiko] Mentaiko (spicy cod roe) from Fukuoka! Enjoy its taste, texture, aroma, and freshness unique to Hakata's Mentaiko!
[Vegetables] Vegetables grown completely without agricultural chemicals by Karatsu farming method from Saga Prefecture are sent directly from the production area!
[Fresh fish] We use Kaimin Fish from Kyushu. Enjoy Hakata's specialty "Goma Saba" using the mackerel from Goto!!
[Meat] We use ITONOTAKARA pork from Itoshima! Pork grown in rich nature is fresh and delicious for your servings!
