We dined at 7 pm on 26/8 with a party of 8 individuals. We placed an order for 20 dishes, including 8 sets of omakase. Despite arriving at 7:10 pm, we apologize for our tardiness. Upon entering the room, we noticed that the first dish was already on the table. We were puzzled by the lack of explanat...ion regarding the food's presence on the table. Understandably, it was a busy night, but the waitress was very accommodating. However, we were disappointed by the food presentation and had expected the chef to take the time to explain the dishes, which did not happen. Unfortunately, one of our friend's daughters fell ill after the meal. We suspect that the food, particularly the first dish that had been sitting in the room for an extended period, may have been the cause of her illness. I have been patiently awaiting a response for three days now. However, I am beginning to feel disappointed. I kindly suggest considering alternative stores for your future trip as dining
