We select the most special meat depending on availability, including domestic beef, naturally, as well as US beef and Australian beef.
We only offer the 2 types of cuts most suitable for steaks – sirloin and rib-eye. Also, you can enjoy thickly sliced Agu pork steak, a dish specific to Okinawa.
