What I like about this "Yakiniku" restaurant is that they focus on "red meat". No thick, salty, fatty sauce. Nicely cut slices of red meet from different parts, broil on your own stove on the table until your liking, then enjoy pieces with light sea salt. You can enjoy the real taste of meet, ...not the taste of sauce, and the variation of textures of the meat from the different parts. A bit on the pricy side, but waiter & waitress are attentive, owner-chef is behind the counter, smiling, talking to you. I like this place.
