For me best Ramen ever sometimes it be a lineup, but it’s definitely worth the wait. Definitely put the egg and seaweed inside.

The queue was about 15 persons. It took 15 min to Q outside the restaurant. We were given an order sheet to select ramen options. After entering, we order via a machine. Once the ticket was issued,there was another Q inside the restaurant. When the seat is available, you can ushered into a cubicle. ...The food came quickly. The whole meal took half the time to Q. Ramen tasted very good. Whole process remind one of just on time factory procedure.

We were 8 in the group and they accommodated us - allowing us to be together. Long queu but it was fast. They really preserve privacy for each diner.

The Ichiran-Ramen is exactly how I like my Ramen: Savoury, rich, creamy broth, thin noodles and moreover, you can have spicy seasoning! We came here on a rainy, rather chilly day and it was the perfect day for a deliciously warming and very filling Ramen. You can specify how you would like your Tonk...otsu Ramen on a form (like the thickness of the noodles) and also order extras like half-boiled eggs, extra meat or noodles. The dining experience in Ichiran is different, because you sit in booths, but you can simply fold away the wall if you are with another person. Of course, there are tons of other much cheaper, good Ramen places, but you shoud try out Ichiran at least once if you are in Kyushu.

Many people around the world rate this as the Best Tonkotsu Ramen in Japan. I agree because I have tried 25 places for Tonkotsu and it can't be beat. The best part is that you decide on how you want the Sauce, Noodles, Spice, Oil and extras. Kind of build your own Ramen. Plus it is Open 24 hours....
