“Rich fish broth ramen”
Haven’t tasted a fish based broth ramen or even heard of one before. This place, which was run by a couple was introduced by our local tour guide during our recent trip to Okinawa, hence we decided to try. The place is difficult to find, within 400 meter from AEON, and only frequent by locals. They ...only serve fish based broth and it comes with 4 different varieties, original, truffle infused, tan tan (peanuts) and black bean. This fish based broth is very rich and flavourful and it one of the best ramen I have ever tasted.
