“Sashimmmmmi”
Nice sashimi dinner in this quite restaurant in the intercontinental resort. Friendly staff even speaking a little bit English. Very tasty rice. A bit weird music but overall a cosy dinner after a lovely day.

“Great Service and High Quality of Seafood”
our family of three ordered set meals and also more items from the a la carte menu. There are quite some fish that we never tried before but all are good. The Assistant Manager, Hiroyuki assisted us with a great smile and the usual Japanese courtesy service made the dinner a more enjoyable one. A...nd the bonus is the price, it is not expensive at all considered you are having a high quality food at the Intercontinental Hotel. Highly recommended.

“Yummy Japanese breakfast”
Stayed at the ANA Intercontinental for 4 nights but did not include breakfast in our package. On our last morning, we just had a few hours before our flight so we decided to stay at the hotel and have a traditional Japanese breakfast. Hearty portions - you can order more rice or miso soup for free. ...The set included local tofu (with ginger and scallions), bitter gourd, steamed egg with pork, chicken with vegetables, seaweed, salmon, rice, miso soup, fermented soybean. A bit pricey at JPY3,000 but convenient and tasty. Also came with a free coffee or tea at the end.

“Loved!”
We had a dinner during our stay in the Intercontinental Ishigaki and enjoyed very much having a local set (so good) and soba. A must try!

“Interesting Ishigaki sushi”
We sat at the counter to have the local sushi set meal at 5,000 yen. It contained lost of things we hadn't eaten before, and which aren't seen on menus on Honshu. As well as some local vegetables and Ishigaki beef sushi, we had sushi of fish we had seen while snorkelling earlier in the day: Parrot f...ish and the prized coral trout. It was all rather nice, and of a quality not seen in Ishigashi restaurants outside the hotel. With carols being sung in the background, it was a most unusual Christmas Eve dinner!
