“Excellent family owned sushi restaurant in Hita”

We thoroughly enjoyed our plates of vegetarian sushi during a late lunch while visiting Hita. We arrived a little after lunch closing time but the owners graciously stayed open for us. Thank you very much! The sushi using vegetables for each piece was very creative and the vegetable soup was excelle...nt. The very friendly hosts, who spoke english quite well, made the lunch all the more enjoyable.
