“A Ramen Staple”
If you decide to visit Japan, it doesn't matter where, you have to experience Ichiran Ramen. It serves tonkotsu ramen. Tonkotsu means "pork bone" and it's one of the four main types of ramen served in Japan. The service was quick and efficient. You take your tickets to your "private" booth and t...he server will take them and the next thing you know, you'll have your ramen ready to eat! The "private" booth is just a row of seats with solid wooden dividers so that you can focus on your ramen. The thing is that it's the only one in Okinawa so it can get busy so you'll have to pick the right time to go or you're going to wait for some time. Other than that, you worth eating here!

Ramen was flavourful, different choices to suit your palate. Eating in a booth was interesting. Easy to locate shop, would recommend you to go try ! you can also buy some of their products home

Visiting Ichiran is truly an exceptional experience. In Osaka, you place your order outside before entering the restaurant, where you’re directed to individual booths. Once seated, your perfectly crafted ramen promptly arrives. Should you desire extra noodles, simply move your bowl forward, and they... swiftly accommodate your request. The entire process is remarkably streamlined and efficient. The noodles and broth are tailored to your preferences. As an enthusiast of Kyushu-style ramen, Ichiran holds a special place in my heart for its exceptional offerings.

“Ichiran without the usual crowd”
Always decent ramen at Ichiran. This branch is located at the basement of the building in the middle of Kokusai dori. There weren’t many people here when I was here during dinner (a plus point for visiting this branch). As with other Ichirans, the seats are partitioned individually, and you will fir...st order your main choice of ramen and toppings through a vending machine and make payment there. After that you will be seated and provided with a piece of paper to indicate your choice of noodle texture, soup base, etc. and once done you can make your order by pressing the buzzer. You can also add additional noodle and other items during the course of the meal. Staff were polite and will even take a bow behind the curtains after they serve your bowl of noodles.
