“Demographically different type of Udon in Japan”
In Japan, while everyone said Udon is born in Kagawa prefecture. If you say it in front of Fukuoka people, they will be pissed off. Because according to Japanese history, Udon is born in Fukuoka (not I'm bluffing). Maybe because of these discussion along the year, each area came up with different fe...eling of Udon. In Fukuoka, Sukesan is one of the famous chain store in Kyushu region. Their udon just fluffy and soft, different from Sanuki(Kagawa type of) Udon, chewy. Although this restaurant is a chain store but the taste from each shop will slightly different. Other than their Udon, you should try their Oden. Self service at the counter, pick the one you like. Boiled in a perfect timing, the taste is wonderful.
