“Wagyu Night in Hakata -A Meal l'lI Never”
Hakata just gave me one of the most unforgettable wagyu nights I've ever had in Japan. The restaurant had this calm, elegant vibe-soft lighting, quiet conversations, and the irresistible aroma of meat sizzling right in front of me. The standout? The lemon-covered salted tongue., The citrus gaveitju...st the right amount of brightness, while the salt and pepper amplified every bit of the beef's natural flavor. Every bite was perfection tender, juicy, and full of character. Honestly, it wasn't just dinner, it was the wagyu experience. If you're in Hakata and want to taste wagyu at its best, this is where you need to be.

“The Hakata Wagyu Experience : Beef Sushi & Negi - tongue That Stole the Show”
On a trip to Fukuoka , I found myself craving wagyu in Hakata and ended up here . I went straight for their popular picks - beef sushi and the Super Negi - tongue shio . The beef sushi was pure bliss : silky- smooth wagyu draped over perfectly seasoned rice , melting in your mouth with every bite .... Then came the star - Super Negi - tongue shio . A bed of fresh lemon slices covered with a generous layer of green onions resting atop tender tongue . Light , refreshing seasoning , and that crisp bite of the tongue made it unforgettable . Sitting in a private room , soft lighting , the sound of meat sizzling on the grill in front of me - it felt like I'd been given a backstage pass to the world of wagyu .

“The True Essence of Wagyu-Discovered in Hakata!”
If you truly love wagyu, this is where you need to go. Each slice brought something different to the table--one melting like butter, another offering a light bite with layers of deep, savory flavor. The marbling wasn't just for show. Once grilled, it melted beautifully into the meat, creating a cr...eamy texture without any heaviness. The tongue was delicate and clean, while the ribeye wrapped the palate in rich, luxurious fat. Seasoning was kept to a minimum, allowing the power and subtlety of the wagyu to speak for itself. This was the kind of place that reminds you just how extraordinary wagyu can be.
