Lunch hours start from 11:00 (L.O. 14:00) Enjoy limited quantities of Shogozen, including Ishigaki beef hamburgers and beef tongue steaks. In the evening, you can enjoy ``shabu-shabu'' and ``sukiyaki'' course meals, as well as ``yakiniku'' such as rare cuts of Ishigaki beef tongue and skirt steak.
Our restaurant ``Nikusho Sho'' is an Ishigaki beef specialty restaurant that mainly serves shabu-shabu, sukiyaki, and yakiniku. We have our own farm on Ishigaki Island, and use the knowledge we have cultivated over many years of experience to ship superior Ishigaki beef all over the country. Ishigaki beef, which we have created with great care, has received high praise from our customers. We value connections and encounters with our customers, and aim to create a store where they can smile and be happy.
