●If only reserving seats The following rules will be applied in the case of canceling/changing reservation (including decreasing the number of people/cancelling the pre-ordered course). ・コース予約：前日の18時以降。キャンセル料金お一人様￥1,500 ・席のみ予約：前日の18時以降。キャンセル料金お一人様￥1,500 日頃から七段奥武山店をご利用頂きありがとうございます。おかげさまで特に(金・土)は満席となることが多く、感謝の気持ちでいっぱいです。それと同時に満席後にお電話いただいたお客様をお断りする際、「せっかくお電話いただいたのに申し訳ないな」と感じます。それだけに、当日のキャンセルや人数の減少で席が空いた時に、「さっきお断りしたお客様も案内したかったな」と強く思います。そこで、非常に心苦しいのですが、今までコースでの予約のみいただいていたキャンセル料を、コース、席のみ予約ともにいただくことになりました。ご理解とご協力よろしくお願い致します。 |
