“Nice find!!”
So, in Hiroshima for a visit during the Rugby World Cup. Staying at a big chain hotel but not a single place in the hotel was showing any of the rugby games! So we researched and found this excellent bar. The staff were brilliant! They could not have been more helpful. We watched the Scotland game f...irst and had some lovely food( octopus for my hubby and lovely sandwiches for me). Went back to the hotel, thinking maybe they would have the evening game on somewhere. But no. Really, it was a World Cup! So back to the bar where there were only locals watching baseball( massive in Japan), but they switched one of the screens to the rugby for us to be able to watch it. Hats off to them!!!

“Excellent bar!”
Visited twice in one day. Good prices for Japan, good range of beer, lovely food, excellent service! Visiting Japan for the Rugby world Cup and did a little side trip to Hiroshima. Found this little bar close to our hotel because, unbelievably the Sheraton had no place showing the Rugby. This place... searched for the game for us and seated us near the television. My husband was delighted with the choice of beers and the prices were about half of what we would have paid in the hotel. They had a nice selection of food as well, some typically Japanese dishes but also some more westernised food.

“Tasting the local beer! ”
Enjoyed a couple of drinks here, tasting some of the varieties of Yebisu beer, the staff were friendly and the bar had a good atmosphere. Would recommend if you are looking for a place for a few drinks.

“Nice beer”
Offers some western dishes like lamb cutlets which were excellent and Japanese dishes, I find the fish well overcooked but this seems to be the norm in all the places visited so far. A variety of house beers are on offer and are worth tasting. Service was prompt and prices average.
