“Great food. Amazing management.”
First off, let me say that I think it’s OK to eat other than Japanese food in Japan. Sometimes it’s nice to get out from the weather and enjoy an environment that you’re comfortable in. Having said that, the burgers that my daughter and I ordered were out of this world. They were so good that I woul...d have ordered another one if my stomach could’ve taken it. Add that to the fact that the assistant general manger, Mr Arai, was so kind to both of us. he chatted with us for a few moments to make sure that we were comfortable and our trip was going well. We talked about each other for a few moments until we said goodbye. Of course we enjoyed great Japanese food on this trip, but this quick stop was fantastic and when we will remember for a while.

“We love the experience at Hard Rock Cafes around the world and this is up there with the best of them.”
Great spot for a meal or snack. We went twice over a couple of days and commend Koon on great service and conversation. As allways can't wait to try another HRC somewhere in the world.

“Average HRC Restaurant.”
The place were quiet for lunch on a rainy day. Crew were friendly and came back to check on us throughout our lunch. We ordered a burger and sundae to share and the portion were huge. There is a stairs leading the restaurant and due to the rain, the floor were wet and slippery.

“Rocking my world? No. But it's good!”
Listen, This is Hard Rock Cafe. You don't go there for life altering burgers but you go there for the shop and the memorabilia. Is the food good? It's more than ok. Will the food change your life? hell no. Is it a good experience when you like the rock atmosphere? hell yeah. I've been to over 25 o...f those and they have always had decent - not perfect - service, food and atmosphere. Child safe and all. They even spoke English to us in Japan. Would return.

“What a blast!”
We were a bit tired after 2 days in Japan and were looking for a restaurant where we'd feel a bit more home. The Tokyo Hard Rock really delivered. The food was familiar and excellent, and the service was outstanding. After dinner, Shunsuke Arai, the Operation Manager, came by our table and we wound ...up having an extended and enjoyable visit. We even discussed the Super Bowl, and Shunsuke knows his football. He even comped me a beer and put up with us trying out our limited Japanese. As we were leaving, a birthday party broke out with the guest of honor "playing" a Telecaster and the whole bar joining in. It was great fun and a great way to end our long day.
