“HRC Fans”
1st hard rock cafe visited in Tokyo. Was in Senso-jo temple so decided to dropby to pickup some merchandise for son who is a HRC fan. I understand from the crew that some of their magnet and pin are only available at this outlet (Ueno).

“Average - nothing special”
Eager to tick another HRC of our ever growing list, we went to this venue. We were seated immediately, although it seemed to be a small area set aside from the main restaurant and next to the Rock Shop. There was a slight mix up on the drinks, but we put this down to language issues. The food o...rdered arrived promptly and was as always delicious. We considered ordering another drink before we left, but before we could make that decision, the waitress came along and placed the bill on our table without saying anything and walked off! I got more interaction from the female colleague and manager behind the till when it came to paying and also spoke to the staff in the Rock Shop at great length. I accept that not everyone speaks perfect English, but surely, a few words should be known incase a guest wants to order something else, not just have the bill set infront of them with no word. So while we were happy to visit another HRC, I would advise to visit the Roppongi restaurant rather than this one.

“Friendly and helpful staff with a good vibe ”
They had run out of their vegetarian burger when we reached but the manager helped us make a burger with veggies and it was very tasty. Extremely helpful staff specially the person at the reception.

American breakfast, look's good! American Taste & good atmosphere!! I'm love it! 上野🎌にいるのにここはまさにアメリカン🇺🇸！！ 味も見た目も大味なところがアメリカらしくて、店内もとても雰囲気がいいですね~ 🎸🎻🎶〜🥪🍔🍕🥙🥂

“Small location but typical HRC”
I was in need of some western food and HRC always satisifies. This is a small location but same menu items as other locations. For some reason the Japanses HRC locations do not accept the rewards card and the visit must be manually registered which is disappointing and time wasting for customers an...d members - not sure why HRC do this?
