“At least we can say we've eaten here - Bur probably wouldn't go just for a meal.”
We decided to come here (really just to say we've been to a Hard Rock Cafe in Tokyo). They seated us promptly and allocated a waitress to our table. We managed to get by in English and ordered some burgers, fries, onion rings (nothing special but lots to chose from on the menu).. The drinks were ...great and the food arrived quickly. It was tasty and the atmosphere was just like many other Hard Rock Cafes. It wasn't very busy and we did struggle to find where it was when entering the building. The first Hard Rock you see is the "shop" and you have to keep on going to get to the restaurant.

“Rockin’ Ueno Spot!”
Hard Rock Cafe Ueno is a vibe! Great food, cool decor, and super-friendly staff. Loved the burger and Monet drink. Perfect for music fans and foodies. A must-visit!

Solid Har rock but a little bit on the expensive side. The fries were nice and the steak complemented the whole plate. Overall, would recommend if you're in Ueno and tired of sushi.
