“good value, good food, hidden gem”
One minute from Omotesando Metro station, in the basement of a small office building. A well lit restaurant specialising in Udon, soba, and tempura. When you down the stairs the restaurant is a surprise- well decorated, comfortable seating, spacious and clean. There a many whisky bottles aroun...d the counter and I think it might be a whisky bar in the evening, but at lunchtime, I did not see anyone having whisky. We were seated at a table (six in our family). There were also seats along the bar counter, and a few tatami rooms with seating on the floor. There were plenty of coat hangers for our jackets. I had cold udon which came with hot soup, and tempura. 900 yen. My wife had hot udon in soup with fried tofu and tempura. Service was excellent, even though none of the staff spoke Englilsh. There is an English menu, and the pictures are on a separate tablet. I was a great chance to sit down, and enjoy a good lunch, for not many yen.

“Great food and atmosphere ”
Nice little place near Omotesando where you can enjoy the udon, typical Japanese noodles. Nice typical seating and atmosphere.
