“Good restaurant but not the best”
At first I was excited to have dinner with family at Fufutei because of it's highky rating on blogs, but end up with disappointment. It's called eat all you can BBQ but actually It's NOT! Every dishes have a LIMIT to head count. They have 2 kinds of BBQ package, 2,980 & 3,480 yen (w/o tax). I person...ally do not recommend the higher price. The 2,980 package is good enough. The Meat quality is good and the side dishes are good too. But It's not a must visit restaurant.

“Good option for single diner”
Food and service wise it's a 3-star establishment. I am bumping it up to 4 because of allowing single diner (many BBQ restaurants have a min. 2 diners policy). Location is very convenient, very near Prince Sinjuku hotel, on the 6th floor of a building across. This place gets busy quickly. If you do...n't want to wait, I suggest to be there early (like before 5:30pm). 2 hours maximum which should be sufficient. Price is average, food selection is also pretty good. Also a few dessert options as well. And they have a all-you-can-drink option or you can just ask for plain water to avoid extra charge. I ordered the expensive beef option but was not impressed. The ribs were too fatty and chewy. Service can get slow once the place is busy. I had to try hard to get the server's attention.
