We popped in here on a wet September evening while waiting for the rain to stop before walking back to our hotel. We weren't completely sure of what we were ordering but it worked out just fine. I had a spicy mapo-type dish with barbecued pork which was very tasty and my friend had breaded pork. F...rench fries were quite expensive at 1,300 yen for two portions and we needed them to fill us up. Service was efficient and friendly and we didn't feel out of place even though we were the only non-Japanese there. Needless to say, when we left the restaurant it was still raining.
