“friendly and cozy”
The staff are pretty friendly and hospitality to Asian foreigners like me. The food is average, but the atmosphere is enthusiastic. There is an English menu provided.

“A good place for gathering”
It's conveniently located on the 8th floor of a department store, Takashimaya, attached to the Yokohama station. The quality and easy to access is guaranteed. They have a set menu of sushi or you can go a la crate for whatever sushi you wish to enjoy. Unlike other sushi restaurant, it's easy to find... and good for gathering from multiple places.

“Great option when you are shopping”
One of the biggest challenges for westerners is to know which of the thousands of restaurants in Japan to choose if they want a taste of classic Japanese cuisine. This is my favorite "easy" place to have great quality sushi when I am shopping in Yokohama. Located on the 8th floor of the department ...store, there is always a long line of locals, usually older people, who appreciate good quality food. Sit at the counter and order one of the set menus. There is an english version of the menu and photos accompany even the Japanese version. But, if it is your first time, just choose the simplest or next to simplest daily sushi offering that allows you to try about ten pieces of Kyoto-style negiri sushi. Quality is always excellent. This is a branch of the downtown Ginza restaurant. You'll need to be prepared to sit just outside the entrance for about 20 minutes in order to get a seat, but it is worth it if you don't want to leave the department store and hunt for something to eat.
