“Same Excellent Sushi, But…”
We went there at 11:30am as usual, but the restaurant was already busy. Although no customers were seated at the counter, tables were almost full. As we wanted to order what we would choose at the counter, we had to wait for a few minutes. Sushi was excellent, but their service and atmosphere wer...e not as vibrant as before.

“Great Sushi”
It was my second time dining in this restaurant, but with a different friend. We sat at the counter and had the same chef as the last time. Each of us ordered what we wanted one by one. We enjoyed sushi very much.

“Excellent Sushi at the Counter”
As I wanted to eat a good sushi at the counter on my last day, my friends recommended me to go there, especially because it was very close to Hotel Metropolitan, where I was staying. We reserved three counter seats and had a great time dining and communicating with the chef right in front of us. ... As the chef prepared each sushi with a different flavour, we didn’t need to use soy sauce. When he placed it on a wooden ‘geta’ dish, we ate with fingers. I enjoyed hearing and learning different dialects of Japanese, as the chef differentiated, when communicating with us and the other staff. The sushi was excellent and price was high. On the receipt was a list of names of sushi and their individual prices, which I had eaten.
