“Turned away”
Would have loved to write a review but were turned away at the door and told reservations only (despite the reservation list being almost completely clear). The restaurant was empty then and was also empty after we had dinner somewhere else. 2 retired couples - no idea why they didn’t want our custo...m. Their loss. The Thai restaurant around the corner was delicious.

“Bad attending ”
I used to eat in this restaurant in 2006 and 2007. It was wonderful but returning today, August 2019, it was a complete dissapointment. Terrible service and last visit. No further words.

“Tucked away”
First time we tried to find this restaurant we did not succed ...but perseverance paid off. This restaurant has a wonderful staff and the food is as close you will get to bar food in Spain. We tried tortilla de patata (needed more eggs), croquetas, jamon iberico, ensaladilla rusa, sardines and gamba...s al ajillo. Excellent vermouth and great selection of spanish wines and orujos. We liked it so much we went back the following night. Try a drink in the roof terrace. Small place so make reservations.

“Good Tapa's With Some Atmosphere”
This is a fairly typical Spanish Tapa's place you might find in Tokyo. The restaurant has a Spanish feel to it and the Tapa's although special were very good. Wine, much of it from Spain was resonably prices. Service was as expected in Tokyo. Overall a good place .

“Fun place !”
Bar de España is located a few steps from Solaria Hotel. We stayed at this hotel during our Tokyo vacation. This bar was very convenient to enjoy good wine after dinner and to feel part of the Ginza scene. We had good times.
