“Bad food and suprisingly very bad service”
We were with the 2 of us. It looked like it was a nice restaurant. But please do not waste your money here. We ordered both a starter and a main course. One of us got the starter and a couple of minutes later. Even without finishing the starter our main courses arrived. We thought they forgotten abo...ut the other starter. But after 5 minutes we both were half way our main course suddenly the other starter arrived. And the waitresses were rude. We are now here in Japan for 3 months amd this was the very first time we expenrienced rude and unpolote service in Japan. And now I didn't even spoke about the poor quality of the food. We finished everythhing as quick as possible to leave this place the sooner the better. So don't go there. There are many other Italian restaurants in the neighborhood.

“No Japanese hospitality, super expensive.”
Me and a friend went there on an average wednesday's evening. The staff didn't welcome us or smiled at us, like in other Japanese restaurants. We got seated in between smoker seats and as soon as we got seated they served us two glasses of water, which pinned us down to that place. When we opened t...he menu, we were shocked. The cheapest beverage like plain coffee, tea or even water were ¥700. We thought about just taking a desert, because these were only ¥510. As we ordered the desert the staff asked us very rude "So what do you want for drink then?" and we said, that we just want to have desert. Japanese staff would have smiled and would have been very sorry but this staff just plainly said "that's not possible, you have to order something to drink with the desert." So we just took a coffee and a green tea. The green tea came too hot and in a french press, which means the tea is always exposed to the water. For Japanese green tea you use not too hot water (like around 70-80 degrees celcius) and leave the leafes inside the water for a maximum of 2 minutes. So the tea was bitter right from the serving and I completely refused to drink it. As soon as my friend finished her coffee we left this terrible place. I would never ever recommend anyone to go there. I think the only way this place can survive is, because it's so close to the station. Even the interiour is terribly average. AVOID THIS PLACE BY ALL COST!

“The definite low point of my culinary experiences in Japan ”
Awful bolognese, tasted like minced meat in sweet ketchup. This was without a doubt the worst food I got anywhere in Japan, even worse than the "just ad boiling water"-noodles from the Family Mart.

“Don't ask for olives!”
A change from Japanese food, so an Italian... 2 pizzas and a side salad ordered. Asked for olives on one pizza and was told "no, it's against the rules"... Anyway, pizzas are small, think crust and like a Pizza Hut pizza. Side salad small with no olives... Probably in case you broke the rules and ad...ded them to the pizzas! If you're looking for a food change, it's okish
“Very average Italian restaurant.”
The place's only advantage is its super central location in Ginza. Other than that, it fails miserably when it comes to non-smoking customers (apparently, very uncommon in Tokyo) - the restaurant is constantly filled with stinking cigarette smoke, the service (too slow for comfort) and the quality o...f food (nothing to write home about, even if your home is in Ginza).
