Great service! For 2 person- had regular shabu shabu with top beef and another order for high grade beef. Waitress recommended 2 orders and It was perfect portion. Came with vegetable and noodle. We would come back again.

Slightly difficult to find. We had (somehow) booked a private room, which is delightful but somewhat tense, at least for us foreigners. The staff were excellent, the food superb. Do this if you are a friendly group or a loving couple!

Dinner hosted by Japanese associate. Sukiyaki kaiseki was ordered. The whole course was very substantial, and we can hardly finish the last dish which was scramble egg with sukiyaki sauce over rice. The hostess was very good in her sukiyaki cooking and service was wonderful. Was told this is a ver...y popular restaurant and booking is needed to guarantee a table (we had a private room).

We stayed at the Hyatt regency and went there to try the restaurant twice. Once we were there at 8:30pm and the manager said no availability and the next day, I went there at 3pm to make reservation for 8:30pm again. There is no availability. Mind you, that reservation is 5 people and there seems to... be constant no availability. The manager did not even once offer alternate dates or times. It gave me a feeling that I am a foreigner and they just didn’t care for my business. Most people who dine there were Japanese.

We had a sukiyaki and a shabu shabu sets. Both had fresh ingredients and were enjoyable. The waitress cooked part of the set to demonstrate the cooking method so it was interesting and helped us understand the different cooking and eating styles. As lover of meat, we added an extra beef portion. Th...e beef was of great quality and melted in mouth. Very yummy. We didn't have to pre-book on that Fri evening as it was not very crowded. Bill came up to about 25000 jpy per couple ( no liquor) .
