“Tofu like you’ve never experienced!”
Freshly made tofu prepared in several different ways and textures. Highly recommended the black sesame tofu available a la carte. I also ordered the lunch box from the vegetarian menu. For the most part it was vegetarian- there was some dashi - despite the menu noting there would be no fish or meat... products for this lunch box. You would truly need to make an effort to convey if you want truly vegetarian food. Google translate may come in handy. Regardless, the tofu Was so fresh and unique. I think tofu haters would even be pleasantly surprised! The restaurant is a little challenging to find as it is inside an office building. The interior space is also beautiful with bamboo lined passage way with streams.

“KAISEKI IN A PRIVATE ROOM”
The entrance is a bit underwhelming, but the food quality and the private room made it a special experience. 7 out of 15 courses included tofu. All 15 were delicious. And very reasonably priced. Yet another on the list for a return visit.

“Great experience ”
Cozy private room for four with a phone to summon the waitress. We got the fresh tofu dinner (several courses including a big pan of tofu that gets cooked right on the table). ($45 per person) The sauces for on top of the tofu were not as tasty as some other places, but the variety was good, and ...the ambiance was nice (included a koi pond). The ice cream was excellent.

“Outstanding meal of tofu in a remarkable setting ”
This restaurant is located on the fifth story of an office building in Ginza and you do not expect to find a traditional Japanese interior with flowing water and private tatami rooms. The food is delicious. We ordered a set menu with over a dozen small dishes all made with tofu including innovative ...tofu gratin and tofu ice cream! A very memorable dinner.

“No vegetarian variety”
This restaurant was listed under vegetarian friendly so I chose it to dine at. However, they had very few vegetarian options and most of them were out of stock. Very disappointing. My only poorly rated meal/ experience in my entire Japan trip.
