“Good tempura at reasonable prices.”
Loved the tempura here. The sets are generous and reasonably priced and the quality of the food is good. The tempura poached egg is a pretty interesting novelty also.

“Excellent Tempura”
Excellent. I haven't eaten a lot of tempura, so I don't feel that I can give it 5 stars. But this place gave me new insight into seafood. I'm from Idaho, so I don't get fresh seafood, and didn't think that I liked seaweed. Shrimp has always been blah. However, both of those were excellent here.... The price for a meal was about $14 a very reasonable price for Tokyo. Drinks were kind of steep at $4 for a soda. I would happily go back.

“A hidden gem for great Tempura”
Yes, it may be a bit hard to find, but it's worth the effort to get to. The tempura was crunchy, yet so light and airy at the same time. There was a line up when we got there at around 1:30 pm, but we only sat for about 5 minutes in front of the restaurant as customer turnover is quick. We each orde...red a different lunch set for 1000 yen and both were very tasty. If I'm ever in Tokyo again, I will go back to eat here.

“Very good value meal”
Found this in one of the reviews and decided to try it since our drop off after the tour was just around the corner of this big office building. This place is not easy to find because it is in the basement of a big office building and I guess their main customers are the employees of the building. ... We came here for dinner and we were not disappointed. Very good value for around 1200 - 1400 yen, for Tokyo price that is really cheap !!!! They also have an English menu with picture so at least you will have an idea of what the order will come with. Friendly staff and fast service. Will visit again if I get the chance to come to Tokyo.

“Amazing assorted Tempura on top of bowl of rice ”
If you are quite comfortable with tempura with Noodle soup. Then you need to try Tendon. It’s basically tempura with rice. But with fresh ingredients and delicate cooking. Place is a bit off from Main Street and it’s at random office building’s basement. Might a bit hard to find. 1200yen for basic. ...Not cheap place for a meal but worth it. Credit card accepted.
