“Great vegetarian food”
Such a welcome find to come across this vegetarian Indian restaurant. There are not very many restaurants in Japan that one can be sure is truly vegetarian, so it was wonderful to be able to know that everything on the menu was ok. And so delicious!

“Still a favorite spot after 22 years!”
I have been eating that this restaurant since they started in 1995 and watched them grow from 4 or 5 tables to the present size. For the first 8 years we used to go weekly and have a staff lunch there for a very reasonable price. Now we live in the next town over and still go there sometimes. We ar...e unable to go for lunch, but we do go in the evening and on weekends when they don't have the all you can eat buffet. The a la carte is fantastic, a bit pricey, but well worth it once in a while - there is just so much more to choose from that is not on the all you can eat buffet menu.

“Delicious and filling”
Just a short walk from the Ogikubo station, this restaurant serves delicious Indian curries. There are some good set menus which are real value for money, but you cal also order from the extensive a la carte section. We came here a few times while in Tokyo and the food and service were always perf...ect. Great for vegetarians looking for a meal in Tokyo.

“Soooooo good!”
This all vegetarian restaurant is a must when in Tokyo. It's a very short walk from the Ogikubo station and serves an all you can eat Indian feast for ¥990 (lunch). They even have vegan naan (AMAZING!), and 3 of the 4 curries available were vegan, these were clearly marked. The Japanese staff are fr...iendly however the Indian female staff weren't as friendly. Overall, one of the best meals I've had in Tokyo 😄😄😄

“Lunch buffet Indian curry in Ogikubo”
I like the lunch buffet menu at this restaurant for 980 yen. They always have 4 different curries from mild to spicy available with freshly baked naan (I have tried green spinach naan and the traditional one). They have salad, deserts (2 types) and tea/coffee. The restaurant is in the basement but a...s you enter, you realize it is not a small restaurant. Never too crowded and there is always food while it is buffet. Recommended for lunch in Ogikubo.
