“Not worth it”
I was unable to finish my meal because of the tasteless pasta Muji served. It took a long time since the waiter insisted that that I have already pressed their online order, but in truth it has not registered in their kitchen. I deliberately went there to experience their cafe, but it was really dis...appointing.

“Avoid.”
Avoid if your a foreigner. Food is expensive over priced and not that brilliant. Visited for a second time and alarmed to find that Japanese people were allowed to jump the queue. As a foreigner I was offered an inferior seat, when I asked if I could move to another seat I was told it wasn’t a...vailable after 1600. Checked in the same area to find a Japanese couple who was not part of any part just taking a seat next to that table. Personally I think it’s appalling that I should be treated differently because of my skin color/nationality.

“The Diner does not live up to the Muji name.”
They had a Thai festival at the restaurant at the time and the Thai food on the menu was delicious. However, the regular menu was only okay. The service was below average. The male waiter was not very attentive and forgot basic things like giving us a jug of water which we had to ask for. I wou...ld skip this place because there are so many great restaurants in Ginza.

“Expensive and Disappointing!”
What a let down! We have Muji in our country and we love the food. So we were thought the food must be great in the home country. We could not be more wrong. We ordered the dinner set which cost us 7,500 yen each. The food is not good at all! We couldn’t wait to finish and leave. We should have ch...ecked TripAdvisor earlier. One recent reviewer said not to eat there. On a happier note. The restaurant on the 6th floor is way better and reflective of typical Tokyo high standards and quality.

“Great Shopping Disappointing Dining”
Unhappy ‘Diners’ We have enjoyed shopping MUJI for many years but our dinner experience (a first) at MUJI Diner was brutal. The servers need a lot more training - spent time visiting and laughing together, but neglecting clients. We ordered fish (came with a tiny appetizer and small glass of wine)..., which would have been ok I guess, if the food was good. The food was extremely disappointing. The sets are expensive, portions are very small, and the food was tasteless. Our advice is DON’T EAT THERE. Japan is known for exceptional food but the food at MUJI Diner is poor
