“Visually Stunning Meal - Bonus were the great food and service”
We had an opportunity to have dinner at Nadaman at the Intercontinental Hotel in Yokohama during our recent visit to Japan. Have to say at the top that this was the most visually stunning meal we have ever had. The presentation and execution were perfect. An amazing thing to experience. Although no...t all of the dishes were familiar to our Western palettes, the food was absolutely first-rate. Would also have to say that service was as good as it gets. An amazing meal that you won't forget - we hope that you have a chance to try it.

“Wonderful sushi lunch”
My host arrange a private dining room for lunch just before my departure at 1 pm . The place is nice , sushi bar , friendly staff . Ten of us was served a big bottle of fine sake , follow by a few courses of delicate cusine , followed by ten pieces of sushi for everyone. As guest of honor , I rec...eived 6 extra pieces of TORO , I ended up not requiring my meal on the plane on way back toUSA. The sushi served of highest quality !

“Beautiful meal”
Three colleagues we had the Japanese steak teppanyaki dinner, cooked at the hot plate by an excellent ‘no frills’ chef. All masterfully done; little pieces of delicious art. One colleague can’t eat meat and thus was catered for perfectly with excellent replacement dishes. The crab riles in egg, spri...nkled with butter sauce was great, but its the totality if the event that makes it so special. Expensive but worth it!

“Very nice Japanese breakfast when you're in the Intercontinental Grand hotel.”
I could choose between Japanese and buffet breakfast - and took of course the original one. The breakfast is served with all dishes at the same time on a plate. Each of the dishes was good, the miso soup even great. Good tea as well. Very friendly personnel as finishing touch.
