“Special dishes, seldon foreigners here”

We loved the special dishes of this edo period restaurant (if i'm not mistaken), recommended to us by a Japanese chef we know in Brussels. We let the chef choose what we ate ("omakase") and loved everything. Unexpected "popcorn" was fabulous. Price was reasonable. It's on the first floor.
