Whenever I feel down by the weather, I make sure to grab their beef pho. In Ebisu, it is one of the best pho place for me. The lotus tea which they offer for free is the best balancing drink for the spicy pho. I like my pho spicy.

If you wanna wait 1 hour for a bowl of Pho, come here... The staff was apologetic but we ve been here twice and it was exactly the same.. Long long wait..Apart from that the food is not bad.

i used to come here often, but it was the worst today. i didn't know ordering food ends at 2pm and i got there at 1:53pm. wanted to order ASAP but the guy didn't come to get my order. i was waiting and waiting. i've been there a few times before, so i know what's been changing. the prices went up by... 200 yen (2 bucks) but the quality is the same, the service is worse. i had to say "excuse me" 5 times to get his attention, and he was right there at the cashier. when i didn't finish my food by the closing time, i asked them to pack up. i've asked them before and they did pack up my food. BUT this guy said "sorry, we don't do that" - well, i know they do. so i told him i've asked them before and they did. so he took my food and came back with a USED wrinkly plastic back!! usually they give me a decent looking brand new paper bag with the store name on it. so clearly he wan't happy with a customer like me. when i left, he was cleaning the table and never said "thank you" to me. his service is terrible. i don't think i wanna go back there again.

I have been all over the world and this place by far had the worst pho. Now, if you are looking for chicken noodle soup disguised as pho, you came to the right place. Furthermore, it took over 30minutes to get served. Now, I did give it two stars for atmosphere and the great spring rolls. I went fro...m appraisal to disappointment in one sitting. The other dishes may be fine, but if looking authentic pho, stay away from this place.

The restaurant was quite average few years ago but improved dramatically recently. The food is just very good, especially for the price. Waiters are all Vietnamese which adds the authenticity into the whole atmosphere, every one is nice and not intrusive. Atmosphere is well thought too with nice pla...ces to sit on the ground sofas as well. Warmly recommend this place if you are looking for decent vietnamese food.
