“Restaurant where you can enjoy one of the typically popular American dishes, barbecued ribs”
アメリカで広く親しまれている『バーベキューリブ』が提供されるレストランであり、『バーベキューリブ』に限らずステーキやハンバーガー等のサイドメニューも、これまたアメリカ発のレストランだと思える程に非常にボリュームのある料理が提供されます。一方で、決して盛り付けは雑ではありません(洗練されているわけでもありませんが)。 リブに使用されているソースですが、味付けが濃いものが多く、好みが分かれそうです。オリジナルのバーベキューソースも味は濃く、且つ甘酸っぱさが強いように感じます(人によっては食後にさっぱりとしたものを欲するようになるかもしれません)。肉質も赤みが多く、そのほとんどが骨付きであるからか、...出来立てでもやや硬くパサパサした部位があるように感じます。 店に入り左側の客席フロアの窓側が、壁面が全てガラス窓となっており、最も外からの光を取り込んでいる造りになっていますが、それ以外の箇所は周囲の建物に囲まれている関係上、やや暗い印象です。一方で千鳥ヶ淵界隈の豊かな自然に囲まれているからか、窓側の席も、よく晴れた日は勿論ですが、しとしと雨の方がむしろ楽しめるかもしれません。スタッフの接客対応の質は可もなく不可もなくですが、ランチタイムを始め多くの客が来店している時は、注文や給仕が追い付かない場合があります(各テーブルにはスタッフを呼ぶためのブザー等はありません)。 This is a restaurant that serves "barbecue ribs," which are widely popular in the U.S. Not only barbecue ribs, but also steaks, hamburgers, and other side dishes are so hearty that you would think this is also an American restaurant. On the other hand, the presentation is not cluttered (though not necessarily sophisticated). The sauces used for the ribs, however, are often highly seasoned and may be to different tastes. The original barbecue sauce also has a strong flavor and seems to be sweet and sour (some people may find themselves craving something refreshing after the meal). The meat is also very reddish, and most of it is bone-in, which is why some parts seem a bit tough and dry even when freshly prepared. The window side of the seating floor on the left as one enters the restaurant has a wall of glass windows that let in the most light from outside, but the rest of the restaurant is somewhat dark because it is surrounded by the surrounding buildings. On the other hand, perhaps because it is surrounded by the rich nature of the Chidorigafuchi area, the window-side seats may be more enjoyable on a sunny day, or even in a drizzling rain. The quality of the staff's customer service is neither good nor bad, but when many customers are visiting the restaurant, including lunch time, it is sometimes difficult to keep up with ordering and serving (there is no buzzer at each table to call the staff).

“Still hungry”
After getting seated we waited 20minutes for someone to take our order but seems like everybody was busy serving the three other customers beside us. Only good thing about the place was free wifi so we could find another restaurant.

“Great American”
I have been to the Tony Romas in the states and this is comparative. The portions are a bit smaller but the taste is the same. So, yes, this is a great place for ribs. Be prepared to spend some money though!

“Great service and great food”
Our family was vacationing to Aruba and Joyce was our server. She was so friendly and made our experience enjoyable. We can't wait to go back and visit her again.
