“Cute, small, with delicious local food restaurant”

Had dinner. Owner, Kazuo Kato, and his son were very welcoming as were the Japanese customers being served. Food was local Japanese with very fresh ingredients. We had a multiple dish dinner including fish. All courses were attractively presented and absolutely delicious. It is a very small place... with full sushi bar with stools and about 5 tables for guests. Front is decorated with nice flower garden. Been in business since 1850 with steady local clientele. Atmosphere was casual.
