“Expensive but an experience. ”
Situated just off the Kamakura Beach. Massive restaurant that caters to the upper crust. We were surrounded by well healed local guests. The quality of the food is simply outstanding. Western style seating on the ground floor and Japanese traditional seating on the first floor. It truly is an experi...ence. Umami galore.

“Excellent beef!”
The only place we made reservations on during our Japanese trip. We got tired of being turned away because it was full all of the time. Went on a Tuesday don't know if that is not a busy days on restaurants, we was the only guests! Did one sashimi set as a starter, nicely displayed. Some of the sal...mon was a bit dry so maybe Tuesday isn't a good day for sashimi. Shared a Japanese filet beef as main, it was the best meal of our trip! Beef was beautifully cocked, we order rare and rare it was, a thin slice, impressive. It simply melted in your mouth. We all like it hence did we order one more stone plate with just the beef to share between us. Mostly set menus, good choice of wines. Staff was very helpful and any language barrier was easily overcome.
