Had a wonderful meal with the family here. Aided by a wonderful waitress that spoke English well. They asked us how much we wanted to spend, and the dishes kept coming. ¥20,000 was more than enough for four. On the way out we even got two tea mugs as a farewell present. We were very lucky, because we were lost in Tokyo around Oimachi station, the last day before going back home to italy, and we were hungry, so we decided to enter this place following google suggestion... there was one guy of the staff who spoke english, that helped us a lot, and the owners welcomed... us. The food was really fresh, very high quality, and it was with no doubt the best sushi we ever had, but the point here is that not only the food was outstanding, but the whole situation was out of ordinary. We ended up talking with the other guests, some just two words (literally), and then with another guest in english (how lucky!!), and then, little by little, everything changed... from being in a "restaurant" the way we "western" are used to, to having being accepted and invited to a friend's house and join a small party, but always with a common shared respect and balance. The two sushi chef were amazing, they gave us very good attention, and served us that amazing sushi little by little, carefully and friendly. The staff member who spoke english was really patient, very kind, and explained us everything we needed. His help was amazing: without him, we couldn't have eaten there, for sure. We also ended up chatting with him outside, while going back home, and we found he really is a special person. My wife was so happy, too, she often reminds how nice the chef's and staff were with us and how good was that place. If some day we'll go back in japan, we'll for sure go back to this place. Highly recommended!
