“Rude”
Worst customer service. Had dinner with family at this place. The restaurant manager was rude and arrogant to non-Japanese customers.

“Waiting time 90 min”
Tried for 1st time during our 9 days trip. Did not expect there are very long long queue. We waited around 90 min for getting a seat. The restaurant itself is well located as it is on 30th floor. The view is amazing but the wagyu beef taste so so only. Still more prefer Okinawa wagyu beef. Visited... on Nov 2019.

“Meatlover's dream - Literal high at 30 storeys with a great view”
Fully booked but decided to turn up on a weekeday before 6pm to try our luck and indeed our foodie desires were fulfilled. I guess most are still making their way to the restaurant after work. As its winter the sun has set at 5.30pm and the view is awesome with great food and drinks to match!

“Good value lunch”
Special lunch menus from Monday to Friday. Very good quality beef with free drink and excellent view of Tokyo.

“superb view. romantic setting”
its a very lovely combination of good food and a very very nice view. try to time it so you can see the sunset and you will be treated to some nice colors on the horizon! service is great. you can go here (and you should) dressed up. your clothes won't smell afterwards like they would in a regular ...yakiniku. your coat is placed seperately on a hanger and bags are stored covered with a blanket. the food is very good as well. though you can get the same for a lot less money as well. but then the service and most importantly the view is not there. you pay for the combination! being on the 31th floor facing the window while eating has something magical. if you are wondering, you cannot see tokyo sky tree from where you are sitting. you can however see tokyo tower to your right and the ferris wheel to your left. bring a good camera/lense if you want to snap them because they are far away.
