It is very rare to find a nice restaurant which provides all the three factors to be succesful i.e. food quality, atmosphere and service. This 'Champ de Soleil( shan do soreiyu in Japanese pronounciation is the one. I enjoyed set menu ' Enjoy Belgium' with all we can drink(3 kinds of belgian ale and... lager and italian wines) twice in a row.Highly recommendable.6 minutes walk from JR Kanda which is next to Tokyo.
