“Excellent meal at reasonable prices. Recommend getting there early”
We had a very pleasant experience. 1st try we had a long wait so we came back earlier the next day. Had sparkling sake and an assortment of grilled meat, as well as a blooming onion all very tasty, for a very reasonable price. Excellent service. Be prepared to remove your shoes, and you may ne...ed to duck into a lowered table.

“Lively and great food. Well worth a visit.”
A first night experience in Tokyo and it was a great place with energetic vibe and great food. Take your time to review the menu as some dishes a little different to the western palate. Some of the seating areas are re a little small for average western height. We sat at the counter and was great.... Recommend the potato salad, beef skewers and grilled peppers.

“Lovely staff who helped with gluten free!”
We were quite lucky to get a reservation - we went into the restaurant at 6pm and reserved a table for 7:30pm, it was busy but not overwhelming. The staff were brilliant - I am gluten-free and after I showed my Japanese translation card, they clearly told me what I could and couldn’t have, and I did...n’t feel like it was a bother. I also had the frozen raspberry soda to drink which was really tasty! The ambience and the whole experience of the restaurant was very good - would recommend!
