“Excellent meal, unbeatable view”
We had an incredible experience! The food was excellent and very reasonably priced coming from Hawaii. The restaurant staff was all very kind and attentive and the view was amazing. We will certainly be recommending to all of our friends traveling to Japan!

“Good quality stuff”
A traditional teppanyaki with very kind and experienced aging chefs. Nothing fancy just good quality ingredients prepared the right way with good view from the 51st floor in the Sumitomo building. Could use a little modernizing and liveliness

“Horrible customer service”
I discovered this restaurant on Tripadvisor because I wanted to try authentic Japanese wagyu. However, when my party arrived, we were not greeted well. The chef came out and just shook his head and didn't answer our questions. I asked if I could make a reservation and he did not respond. He walked r...ight back inside to the kitchen. The entire restaurant was empty. I have not encountered any bad customer service during my time here in Japan until this chef. No apologies, no words, just ignores the customers.

“Very tasty food but service below expectation”
I went there at night for a birthday dinner so our budget was around 18,000 yen per person. For that price we expected everything to be amazing. While the food was very good and the seating by the window let us enjoy a great view of the Shinjuku skyscrapers by night while relishing the tenderness o...f the meat, I felt that the service was not up to the level you would expect when you pay such a high price. The cook did chat a bit with us to explain how the Kobe cows were bred etc.. and he also offered to take a picture of us holding the meat before starting to cook it in front of us, but he did not give me a plate for the meat (he asked me to eat it directly off the teppan, while the other person I was with did have a plate, so it sounded like he didn't want to bother to go get one for me at the kitchen) and also at the end he brought us our desserts before we had finished eating the meat, supposedly because it was almost time to close (but there was still some time left and anyway being rushed is not something that you can accept when you pay 18,000 yen). In order not to be disappointed, I would recommend you to go there at lunch time when the prices are much more reasonable so your expectations in terms of service will not be as high.

“Nice teppanyaki place with nice view”
Nice teppanyaki place that is located in a high building in Shinjuku so you can also enjoy the view while having food. I had lunch with my friend both of us were satisfied. If you want to visit here, i think you need to reserve a table in advance.
