Hamadaya

I have booked reservation for a group, but unfortunately had to cancel last moment. I did try to pay over the phone with credit card but was told it is not possible. After cancellation I still informed I will pay cancellation fee even it was not informed to us at the time of booking, but restaurant ...manager insisted to to visit my office to kindly deliver invoice so I gave him our office address. Restaurant manager Mr Ito has visited our office not to deliver invoice, but to scare staff at our office and "make us pay". Our staff felt threaten. I contacted restaurant and asked to speak to restaurant general manager or owner, but even I called several times i have not received a call back. Not sure that is restaurant which you want to visit or you might find next day manager in your office with invoice.
